As our Receptionist / Dental Assistant, you’ll be the face and voice of the practice, ensuring smooth, efficient operations and a great experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Greeting patients and managing in-person and phone enquiries
- Scheduling, confirming, and coordinating appointments
- Processing payments and completing daily banking
- Managing administrative and general office tasks
- Supporting the wider team to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
- Assisting chairside or helping with sterilisation processes (if experienced or eager to learn)

**Role hours**:

- **Monday-Thursday**: 8:00am-5:00pm
- **Friday**: 8:00am-4:30pm

**Qualifications**

You’ll bring:

- **Previous experience as a Receptionist** (essential)
- Dental assisting or sterilisation experience (advantageous, but not required)
- Strong customer service skills and confidence in a front-facing role
- A warm, positive, and team-focused attitude
- Great attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- **Valid New Zealand work rights** (required)
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
