**The Opportunity**:
We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader on a part-time basis. There is some flexibility in relation to working hours, but we are ideally looking for someone to work approximately 32 hours per week.

Working in our Hospitality Team and reporting to our Hospitality Manager, this role is responsible for leading a small housekeeping team to deliver the highest standards of cleanliness across our hospital.

To be successful in this role:

- You will need previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or clinical environment, preferably with some supervisory experience;
- You will lead from the front, setting the pace and expectations, and ensuring you undertake housekeeping work alongside the team;
- You will understand that the key to success lies in our team operating in collaboration with one another and you will set an example and lead the team in a manner which enhances cooperation and teamwork;
- Your attention to detail will be outstanding, and you will be comfortable ensuring high quality work is delivered by your team;
- You will be known for your clear and professional communication skills, and you will be good at organising and coordinating others.
