**Contract**: _Fixed Term position, working 64 hours per fortnight Monday to Friday Actual hours to be agreed upon._

**Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role**

We are looking for an energetic and customer focused person to join our small team in providing efficient reception and administration support to our Outpatients department.

**Mō tō mātou rōpū - About our team**

In this role, you will find yourself working in a collaborative and supportive team, who are a key part in providing an outstanding service to the wider hospital.

**Moū - About you**

You will be able to communicate effectively with others, have good organisation skills, the ability to prioritise work and manage a busy workload and to use your initiative and work unsupervised. You will also need to have excellent keyboard skills and knowledge of computer packages.

**E pā ana ki a tatou - About us**

You will find yourself working in a collaborative and supportive team, who are a key part in providing an outstanding service to the wider Wairarapa Hospital
