We have an exciting opportunity for an**_ _**Automation Tester** to join our Enterprise Services team. We partner with the business to enable them to deliver outstanding services to their customers and provide the right enterprise services that are well managed, resilient and delivered through a unified strategy.

**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

We sat down with one of our Team Leader's (who you'd report to), and they let us know the following about the role:
**What are 5 day-today tasks the person will complete?**
- Agile ceremonies participation
- Functional and automation cross squad testing with data creation for the testing needs
- Squad and wider-team communications
- Support other squads when possible
- New tester recruitment, mentoring, and training where possible

**What is the team culture and environment like?**

Small, supportive and collaborative. Opportunity to work in other squads.

Customer Due Diligence, Merchants and Cards, and FinCrime Transaction Monitoring.

**What is your management style?**

Collaborative, empathic, inclusive, approachable and fun.

**What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?**
