**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

We sat down with one of our Team Leader's (who you'd report to), and they let us know the following about the role:
**What are 5 day-today tasks the person will complete?**
- Agile ceremonies participation
- Functional and automation cross squad testing with data creation for the testing needs
- Squad and wider-team communications
- Support other squads when possible
- New tester recruitment, mentoring, and training where possible

**What is the team culture and environment like?**

Small, supportive and collaborative. Opportunity to work in other squads.

Customer Due Diligence, Merchants and Cards, and FinCrime Transaction Monitoring.

**What is your management style?**

Collaborative, empathic, inclusive, approachable and fun.

**What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?**
