Receptionist /Kiripaepae

We are looking for a Receptionist/Kiripaepae, who enjoys working in a varied and busy role in a dynamic environment. Your primary focus will be to provide high quality reception and support services to the Tertiary Education Commission and the Commerce Commission.

What will you be doing?
- Providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.
- Managing meeting room bookings.
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
- Managing mail and couriers.

What skills can you bring?
- Client focussed organised, detail and results orientated, with experience in reception role.
- Good administration skills
- Proficient in office and able to pick up administrative systems quickly.
- A strong team player.
