Minimum 30 hours guaranteed per week
At least one year of relevant experience or at least a level 4 qualification.
**Job tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to**:
- Answering phone calls and** **taking orders
- Cash handling and operating the cash register
- Monitor and control customer orders and ensure that they are dispatched and received on time.
- Delegation of duties and responsibilities to staff members
- Ensuring that staff conduct themselves according to the company standards and policy
- Avoid excess ordering of stock and ensure mínimal wastage
- Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to.
- Keep a meticulous record of income and expenses.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food and service for the store.
- Always maintaining a clean and hygiene work environment at all times
- Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints.
- Implementation of store initiatives.
- Creating staff rosters and making sure that the store has the required number of staff for smooth and efficient running of the store at all times
- Perform administrative duties as required by the store manager
- Execute marketing and promotional activities as required by the manager
- Open and close the store on time as required
**Other skills and attributes**:
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of Bookkeeping
Ability to manage the staff
