To support store operations, we are seeking experienced leaders to join our team in permanent full-time roles as our new **Assistant Store Managers**.

Each role will oversee an area of the store including Perfume & Cosmetics, Liquor, Art of Living & Fashion and Wine & Confectionary - there is something for everyone
- A successful track record in retail operations within a leadership role
- Good understanding of business dynamics
- Strong motivator and experience in coaching and developing team members
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal/written communication
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to drive sales
- Ability to think on your feet with a real sense of urgency
- Availability to work rotating roster incorporating early starts, late finishes and weekends
- Experience in bonded goods, stock control and SAP will be highly regarded
