You will be part of a high-performing portfolio management team, working on a national work program. This is your chance to contribute to projects that reimagine how services are delivered for Aotearoa New Zealand.

You'll work on significant and complex projects collaborating with a team of project and change experts who are passionate about achieving high performance, driving results, and valuing shared success.

In addition, you'll have the opportunity to build networks across the organisation, partnering with senior leaders to ensure strategic alignment and collaborating with operational teams to facilitate effective change implementation.

This role is within Enterprise Change, a team of change professionals dedicated to driving organisational and sector-wide transformations. As part of Enterprise Change, you'll be responsible for designing and planning the Regulatory Portfolio, offering effective change execution advice, and ensuring program and project delivery assurance. Additionally, you'll collaborate with our successful Business Analysis practice, providing support, guidance, and encouragement.

This is an exciting role, where you can make a positive impact, work alongside passionate experts, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that meet people's needs while supporting our organisational goals.

To thrive in this role, you will have demonstrated experience across the following:

- In-depth understanding of various service design tools, techniques, and methods
- Strong consulting and advisory skills
- Strategic thinking
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills
- Agile mindset and problem-solving approach
- Qualitative research methods (design, marketing, history, sociology, anthropology, psychology, or related fields)
- Whole-system thinking
- Designing and implementing frameworks and standards
- Contribution to the strategic direction of an Enterprise Change or Business Analysis team
- Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to Senior Business Analysts and less experienced team members
- Flexibility in approaches, with the ability to see connections across the entire system.Leading and coaching teams to deliver high-quality work and achieve agreed-upon outcomes
