We are dedicated to delivering an unforgettable dining journey, one that encapsulates the essence of Aotearoa’s unique culture and breathtaking landscapes. - Welcome our guests with a warm smile and set the tone for an exceptional stay at Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport. - Assist guests with their luggage during check-in and check-out, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience that leaves a lasting impression. - Collaborate with the Assistant Managers and our Welcomers to ensure guests feel at home, handling their belongings with the utmost care. - Keep the lobby and foyer area immaculate, conducting regular checks to ensure it’s always clean and presentable. - Park and retrieve guests' cars with care, enhancing their convenience and comfort (where applicable). - Ensure timely and efficient collection and delivery of guest luggage, providing top-notch service throughout their stay. - Be available to work flexible hours, including late-night shifts and weekends, ensuring seamless service at all times. **Qualifications** You will be: - Experienced in Front Office or a Porter/Concierge role (preferred but not essential) - Assisting guests with valet parking (a Full Driver's License is required) - Dedicated to ensuring every guest has a memorable and satisfactory experience - Committed to providing a warm welcome upon arrival and farewell at check-out, meeting all guest needs - Approachable, proactive, able to multitask, and physically capable of handling guest luggage with care - Comfortable lifting and carrying guest luggage throughout your shift.
