St Pierres Sushi and Bento, **New Zealand’s largest sushi chain**, is currently seeking highly motivated and flexible staff to join our team. Following our **'People First'**philosophy, we use our proprietary talent development system to support gradual and long-term career growth, offering pathways to Shift Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and Manager roles.

**We Are Looking For People Who**:
We welcome people who meet the following criteria:

- Are residing in New Zealand and interested in career development.
- Are able to commit to long-term employment of **a year** or more.
- Are cheerful and energetic, capable of communicating well with both customers and staff.
- Are comfortable with light physical work, such as lifting items of around 10 kg, as the role involves substantial kitchen duties.
- Basic experience is generally not required, but experience in food service or customer service in any country (e.g., Japan, New Zealand) is a plus.

Our team members are multinational, offering a fun environment to interact with people from various backgrounds. As our customer base is mainly local, an intermediate level of English proficiency is required for customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
The role is diverse and includes:

- Preparation St Pierres K10 Sushi Train core products
- Kitchen duties such as rice preparation and vegetable cutting.
- Cleaning duties.

Pay: $23.50 - $24.00 per year
