We are currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant Inbound to join our team to assist in the day-to-day receipt of goods and general operational tasks. This is a fixed-term contract for twelve months, working Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. We are looking for a team player who likes to be in a busy environment and feels a sense of accomplishment when they leave for the day with their duties completed. LOCATION: Rosedale, Auckland **Your responsibilities** Warehouse: - The organisation and tidiness of the Bulk Warehouse. - Organisation of waste products e.g. Jumbo Bin, Dangerous Goods, cardboard. - Carry out duties as per work instruction procedure forms. Stock Control: - Checking off and shelf stocking of inwards goods. - Stock take when required. - Ensure ERP system is accurate for product location. - Organise warehouse shelving - ensure maximum loading observed. - Supervised devanning of containers. - Ensure Dangerous Goods stored and handled correctly. General - Liaise with customers, suppliers and contractors when required. - Assist the Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Manager with any other duties that may arise, as required. **About you** - Must have previous experience in a similar role. - "Can do" attitude and willing to work in a team. - High attention to detail and accuracy is imperative. - Awareness of health & safety. - Basic-intermediate computer skills. **Let's achieve our goal together. **If you are looking for a job where you can contribute actively, develop personally and professionally and make a lasting difference, then Ivoclar is the right place for you.
