**_We now have a permanent, full-time opportunity available within NZI Personal Lines as an Account Manager. This role could be worked from Christchurch, Wellington or Auckland._**

**The Role**

Our NZI Broker Personal Lines team underwrite domestic insurance for the whole of New Zealand under the NZI banner. We're a high performing team and as part of NZ's largest general insurer we are always striving to deliver the best possible service to our customers each and every time.

As an Account Manager, you'll underwrite new, and renew existing, insurance policies for personal products, such as Home, Contents and Motor Vehicle.

You won't directly 'sell' to our end customers; you'll listen, understand and deliver solutions to the brokers in your portfolio, and you'll succeed by building a strong partnership and providing an exceptional, proactive service.

**Who are you?**

You're someone with enthusiasm for learning more about the insurance industry, have strong account management experience and relationship-building skills.

You thrive on achieving results, taking ownership of any customer issues and using your initiative to provide a timely resolution. You can also articulate yourself clearly, professionally and with confidence.
