An exciting opportunity exists for a **Software Marketing Manager** working within the Microsoft team at Dicker Data.
Reporting to the General Manager of Software, this role will be responsible for all marketing planning, development, execution, and reporting across all the vendors that fall under the Software Business Unit.
As the **Software Marketing Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies that drive success for our diverse range of software vendors. Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating closely with internal teams, vendors, and key stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals and maximise revenue opportunities.
Your ability to build and nurture relationships, both within the organization and with our valued vendors, will be essential in achieving these objectives. This role involves managing a Marketing Coordinator who will be focused on a subset of the Software vendors that fall under the Business Unit.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including Dicker Data Software vendors, to drive collaboration and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Lead and manage a small marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture while ensuring the team achieves its goals and objectives within agreed timeframes and on budget.
- Develop a consultative approach to deliver marketing solutions that align with business objectives and revenue targets. Communicate confidently at all levels within the organization and present marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our Software vendors to lead marketing campaigns and activities with a focus on B2B marketing strategies and tactics.
- Lead, produce, and manage a marketing budget to optimise resources and achieve desired outcomes.
- that align with our content strategy, driving engagement and conversions.
- Possess excellent project management skills, prioritising tasks and consistently meeting deadlines, and collaborating closely with the wider marketing support team to develop and execute campaigns.
- Manage and develop branding and marketing assets to assist in customer training, product showcasing, and customer pitches.
**About you**:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a B2B Marketing Manager, with a proven track record of driving results and meeting or exceeding marketing goals.
- Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and marketing software.
- Advantage to have knowledge of I.T. and software products.
- Advantage to have knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exhibit outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
