We are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in New Zealand on a part time basis. Contribute proactively as an effective team member both within Clinical, medical and commercial teams; function independently, responsibly and autonomously interacts with HCP while working within the framework of Galderma policy and protocol.
Key Responsibilities
- MEDICAL EDUCATION & CLINICAL TRAINING.
- Manage all clinical education of Aesthetic portfolio in the assigned region.
- Clinical assistance at educational events and KOL led workshops.
- Adverse Event consultation/support.
- Clinical engagement and development of KOLs & KEEs.
- Mentoring National Contract Nurse Clinical Trainers.
- Clinical input training materials as requested by Clinical Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
- Preparation and execution of training plan in local region/s.
- Provide relevant clinical education & training to ensure competence of HCPs with the safe & effective administration of Galderma aesthetic portfolio. Focus will primarily be new accounts, HCPs from Chain clinics, new/intermediate Aesthetic HCPs for beginner, intermediate & advanced indications.
- Lead and execute state based Galderma Aesthetic Academy, Clinical forums and workshops with local & international doctors.
- Provide clinical education, clinical upskilling and mentoring of the Commercial Sales team, including CEP(Clinical exploration program) development, as requested by Management.
- Create and deliver clinical education/curriculum relevant to current and upcoming campaigns as guided by Clinical Manager and aligned to marketing plans.
- Conduct all clinical training and educational events to the required professional standards and ensure compliance to national & state as well as local regulations & Galderma policies and protocols.
- Training sessions will be arranged within two weeks of request by liaising with Clinical coordinator who will manage training calendar.
You must be able to demonstrate excellence in patient/client assessment, planning, injectable treatment/care and evaluation during clinical training sessions including appropriate documentation.
You must be a Div 1 Registered Nurse and your previous experience working in cosmetic, Dermatology, Plastics or Aesthetics is absolutely essential to your success.
