Must be available for evening shift 5-10 PM. If your looking for a busy local bar with a great team of staff and fun working environment, and you meet the requirements below then we would love to hear from you **Tasks Include**: - setting and arranging tables - greeting customers and presenting them with menus and beverage lists - taking orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff - serving food and beverages - opening bottles and pouring beverages - clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to kitchen - removing empty bottles and used glasses from tables, and refilling and replacing glasses - collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines and cash registers - may recommend wines to complement food The successful applicant benifts to have the following attributes: *Duty managers license *At least six month experience as duty manager. *Cocktail making skills preferred *A fun, people person with great communication skills *Excellent customer service skills *Previous restaurant experience *A Team player with a 'can do' attitude. Work under pressure in a busy environment. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **1. Develops enthusiastically satisfied customers all of the time.** - Welcomes and connects with every customer. - Discover customer needs and appropriately suggests product with every customer to Enhance service and meet sales goals. - Responds to customer needs and says thank you to every customer. - Demonstrates the "Just Say Yes" behavior by taking care of customer needs. Clean tables the all time Keep the café clean and tidy the all time **2. Provides quality beverages consistently for all customers** - Prepares restaurants beverages to standards. - Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products. **3. Maintains Quality store operations** - Follows store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station. - Follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products. - Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with the duty rosters and cleaning standards and Works as a store team member. - Presents oneself professionally and demonstrates clear communication by using Star Skills with all customer and partner interactions. **4.
