Job Summary

Wellington E2E Centre, a NZ charity, seeks a Volunteer IT Support person to assist staff and operations. We need someone who shares our mission to empower people through education. Ideal for an IT enthusiast eager to make an impact.

**Job Description**:

**Type**: Volunteer
**Commitment**: 10-15 hours/week, flexible

**Role Overview**:
Provide IT support to staff and support smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and maintain computers/equipment
- Support cloud tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
- Assist staff with simple IT queries (e.g., passwords, shared drives).
- Escalate complex issues to external providers.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Basic IT knowledge (hardware, software, networking).
- Troubleshooting skills; cloud platform familiarity a plus.
- Problem-solving and communication skills.
- Passion for youth empowerment and E2E’s mission.
- Prior IT/volunteer experience helpful but not required.
