**Customer Service Representative**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving product issues promptly like exchanges and returns.
- Provide product information to customer orders
- Work in a fast-paced environment where flexibility to get the job done means taking on different tasks when needed
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting of customer orders in multiple order systems for the different international regions
- Working with other team members in a small growing 4-person team to improve customer service processes

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in ECOM product sales customer support services
- A knowledge of Shopify or ECom stores is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking / problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn multiple computer systems fast.
- Strong proficiency with computers and online systems including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and love to be busy.
- A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
