We are seeking an experienced ECE Administrator to join our well-established team at our Head Office in Onehunga.

We at Kids' World Education Group believe that belonging is the basis for all future learning and development. We are seeking a professional and proficient administrator to complement our new energetic & vibrant team.

Daily responsibilities would comprise of:

- New Enrolments of students in the Early Learning Centre. Retail sales experience will be an advantage.
- Maintenance of our childcare management system - data entry, data audits, parent invoicing and payment receipts
- Daily and weekly reports and data collation as required by the Management team / Area Manager / Centre Manager
- Supplying information to our management team in line with daily and weekly reporting requirements
- Any other general admin-based tasks as required and requested.

Skills and Requirements:

- Proficiency in Infocare / APT / Discover will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and google docs
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility, and a willingness to step in and support others as required
- Knowledge of WINZ funding entitlements

A high degree of customer focus, with the ability to build strong relationships both with your team and our families.
Strong communication ability, both written and over the phone.
The ability to pick up new systems and processes.
