**About the role**

Reporting to the Lead Quality and Technical Manager you will play a key role within the Foodstuffs Own Brands team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring new and existing private label products meet our customer needs for the present and future, as well as ensuring they comply with all regulatory requirements. You will advise on technical aspects, support product evaluations, review product data, ensure packaging compliance, manage product specifications, and follow up on complaints, while working closely with stakeholders including our Own Brands Product, Customer Services and Brand teams, suppliers, and regulators.

**About you**

You’ll be experienced working in the NZ or Australian food industry and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. You drive positive outcomes with stakeholders by utilising your robust knowledge of New Zealand’s food regulations and the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code. Known for your attention to detail, time management, and interpersonal skills, you’ll enjoy supporting a wider team, particularly when it comes to labelling compliance, specifications, technical queries, new product development, ethical sourcing, sustainability, and so much more
