The Role / About You The Plant Supervisor will coordinate and manage the usage of plant and large equipment onsite. Working effectively with project crews and teams to ensure the timely availability of required resources ensuring project milestones are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide and allocate plant and operators to support the construction activities and demands of the construction crews ensuring crew activities aren’t delayed due to lack of plant availability.
- Coordinate with the construction crews/teams including structures, cladding, interiors, siteworks/landscaping, and specialist trades and their crews.
- Lead and supervise a crews/teams of operators and drivers for the plant and equipment.
- Ensure operators are competent and licenced to operate appropriate plant and equipment
- Manage the maintenance and servicing requirements of all plant, and equipment
- Identify and provide recommendations for additional plant and large equipment requirements

You will have a strong understanding of how a construction site operates, and hold strong health, safety, quality and environmental standards with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
- Display problem solving ability, looking at ways to continuously improve and remove inefficiencies.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills
- Experience working with or operating plant and equipment
- Class 2 and WTR as a minimum, willingness to get stuck in.
