Due to increased business and the approaching silly season/summer time, we are looking for an experienced assistant manager to join our team. We are a busy suburban cafe operating 7 days a week, with very stable and friendly clientele.
- At least two years cafe or restaurant management experience
- Availability to work weekends
- A can do attitude and is solutions focused
- Cool headed and enjoys a busy enviornment
- Experience writing rosters and labour cost control
- Experience with stock take and cost control
- Ability to appropriately delegate tasks while also contributing to set a good example for junior employees
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficent fashion

**Salary**: $24.50 - $26.00 per hour
