The Medical Receptionist is a pivotal person in the medical Centre environment, as they are the first point of contact with patients and visitors. Never a dull moment

They also co-ordinate the services and have a significant role in prioritizing workflows and managing patient expectations. Therefore, they provide front line reception services and assist and communicate with staff accordingly.

Patients should feel that they have been dealt with in a friendly, courteous manner and “Going the extra mile” is our philosophy.

The internal focus is on liaising with staff and communicating patient expectations, needs, and other issues requiring attention.

The person who would suit this job is a people person, good at detail and happy to go the extra mile to help. In addition, you need to be patient kind but firm at times.
