We are seeking well-presented, energetic individuals with a passion for premium brands to become part of our team as Dyson Sales Advisors. In this role, you will demonstrate and sell Dyson’s cutting-edge technology, including haircare, floorcare, and environmental care products, helping customers experience Dyson’s innovation firsthand.
**About the Role**:
As a Dyson Sales Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to engage customers in a retail environment, offering live demonstrations of Dyson products. You’ll showcase the unique features of Dyson’s full range. Your ability to connect with customers, explain product benefits, and drive sales will be key to your success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide engaging in-store demonstrations of Dyson products, highlighting their innovative features and benefits across the haircare, floorcare, and environmental care categories.
- Achieve individual sales targets by effectively communicating the value of Dyson technology to customers, turning demonstrations into sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized demonstration area with fully functioning products, ensuring everything is ready for customer interaction.
- Deliver excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering product advice tailored to customer needs.
- Stay informed about Dyson’s latest product innovations, features, and current promotions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is shared with customers.
- Check in and out of all relevant reporting platforms for every shift, keeping detailed records of customer feedback and product performance.
**Requirements**:
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a strong interest in Dyson’s product range.
- Sales experience or the ability to confidently engage with customers to drive sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Immaculate presentation and professionalism, reflecting Dyson’s premium brand.
- Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
- Weekend work and additional hours during peak periods.
- New Zealand residency or a valid NZ work visa. Student visas are not applicable.

Various locations (Insert Region)
**Hours Required**:
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Additional hours may be available during peak seasons and for other retail clients.
