Casual Sales Assistant

**Job Purpose**:
The role purpose is to strengthen the Stirling Sports brand by executing operational, workforce and commercial strategies to maximize sales and long-term profitability.

The representative will play a crucial role in the team, while ensuring they provide outstanding customer service and deliver the best shopping experience, actively driving sales and maximizing the profitability of their store.

**Key Skills and requirements**:

- A passion for design and visual merchandising
- Experience in Retail Management or relevant creative position desirable
- Self-motivated and organised
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt and manage tasks effectively
- An interest in keeping up to date with current trends
- Driven and passionate with an eye for detail and a love of sports fashion
