About Us

Complex Staffing Solutions is Wellington based temporary, fixed term or long term staffing placement service provider in the disability sector. Among shareholders, we have over 30 years experience within the health and disability sector.

About You - Who is an appropriate applicant?

Locations: Palmerston North

We are looking for people from all walks of life with a can-do attitude, who can work with young adults as part of a productive support team. You will follow individual plans and understand the importance of consistency in assisting people to achieve a great life. We are looking for people who have:

- Good social skills and ability to relate well to others
- The ability to work with people who present with challenging behaviours
- Commitment to professional development
- An ability to work actively as part of a team and individually to ensure service quality
- Good English language ability (written and spoken)
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- A current full driver's licence or working towards it.
- NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (level 2 to 4) or equivalent is preferred but this is not mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual

**Salary**: $23.50 - $29.25 per hour

Supplementary Pay:

COVID-19 considerations:
For Health and Safety of both staff and people we support, and in line with health order, all CSS staff are required to be fully vaccinated for Covid - 19

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Palmerston North, Manawatu-Wanganui: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Support work typ roles: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
