**Roles**:
We are currently looking for F&B Superstars to join our team here at SO/ Auckland

These is a hand-on role with primary focus on service in our 15th floor Harbour Society Restaurant over a 7 day rotating roster. We have Morning, Lunch, and Evening shifts available.

We are looking for passionate, creative, playful and confident people

**Your responsibilities would include**:

- Ensure smooth operations of the restaurant/café with compliance to health & safety standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction is achieved at the restaurant
- Always looking for ways to up sell and enhance the guests dining experience
- Recommend and suggest beverage pairings
- Maintain hygiene standards of the restaurant and ensure equipment is always stored and cared for properly.

**We would prefer if you have**:

- Previous experience in similar role i.e, Restaurant Waiter, Bar Floor Staff etc
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and general organization skills
- Exceptional groomed standards & articulate
- Previous experience within a high paced/luxury environment is highly advantageous but not required
- Knowledge of NZ and International wines highly advantageous but not required
- You understand the nature of the business and can work on a rotating roster basis, including weekends and public holidays
- Flexible to work when needed to cover shifts.
- The right to live and work in New Zealand (required)
