Checkout Operator
- Ensure that checkout stations have adequate cash available and staffed appropriately
- Stock shelves and mark pricing on shelves and items
- ad advised by manager
- Process merchandise returns and exchanges
- Provided excellent customer service to the customer while in-store
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint in effective way
- Processed accurate payments using the registered payment system.
- Continuously cleaned and organized work areas to remove safety hazards
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas and complete other general cleaning duties such as mopping floors and emptying trash cans
- Sort, count and wrap currency while starting or finishing your shift
- Cask check for customers

**Other skills**:

- Stayed efficient and productive
- Attention to detail including good management
- (minimum working hours will be 35/40 weekLY)
- All applicants must have the right to legally work in New Zealand

Training will be given although experience is preferred but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Auckland CBD, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
