**The job in one sentence**

Be the lead creator, maintainer, and manager of marketing content for multiple brands in the hosting and domain industry.

**Main responsibilities**

For SiteHost, MyHost, Webslice, Domains Direct and Chirpy Domains:

- Manage content calendars to ensure regular and timely updates to blogs and other channels.
- Operate as a writer, editor and creator as required.
- Collaborate with in-house experts and external providers.
- Build and maintain a backlog of high quality ideas for new content.
- Design and build tranches of content for marketing campaigns as they evolve.
- Lead topic research to ensure content is informative and accurate.
- Drive keyword research and on-page SEO.
- Define and maintain our distinct brand voices.
- Take responsibility for customer communications.
- You’ll report to the Head of Digital Marketing and also work closely with members of our Product & Automation and Operations teams.

**The person we’re looking for**
- You have a natural interest in digital technology, and ideally some experience in the tech industry.
- You are a very strong writer and communicator, and you won’t mind asking a lot of questions while you collaborate with colleagues.
- You have experience or qualifications in marketing or communications, and you’ll be ready to take on content strategy work.
- You are looking for a role that can grow with you and will repay your commitment.
