**About the role**

Are you a skilled and dynamic IT recruiter with a passion for end-to-end talent acquisition? Join our team at FUJIFILM Business Innovation & CodeBlue as End to End Recruiter and play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce.

You will also be responsible for:

- Proactively source, engage, and recruit IT professionals
- Contribute to the implementation and integration of the Codeblue Recruitment system
- Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of our recruitment strategies.
- Developing & maintaining job descriptions for all roles
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and regulations, contributing to a compliant and transparent recruitment process

**Skills & Experience**

We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational and administration skills. Along with this, you will also have:

- Proven experience as an IT recruiter, understanding diverse tech roles and skill sets
- Adaptability to stay ahead of industry trends and evolving technologies
- Exceptionally high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
- Ability to follow processes, prioritise and effectively manage deadlines
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and proficiency in MS Office
