**The Job**

Reporting to our Customers Services manager, you will be part of the team responsible for.
- Assisting our customers with their day-to-day needs. A big part of this is understanding the cadence of the business and to be able to identify when a customer may be affected. We want to reach out to our customers before an issue arises. Types of issues that may occur include OOS (out of stocks), late deliveries etc.
- Placing customer orders.
- Data input - we use world class systems and through consistent data input we’re able to report on areas of improvement within the business. Consistency is key.
- All day-to-day admin for the sales team which includes providing quotes, running reports, ensuring standing orders drop correctly and liaising with customers if they don’t.
- Liaise with the transport team to ensure all deliveries are completed and if any couldn’t be - make a plan. And you guessed itlet the customer know before it becomes an issue.

**Skills Required**:
You’ll be.
- Highly organized
- A great communicator. Being bilingual in English and either Mandarin or Cantonese would be a benefit.
- Customer focused. You’re the customer’s advocate.
- SAP experienced (or able to demonstrate you’ve used a similar system).
- A bit of an excel wizard. we’re looking for someone who understand vlookups and pivot tables.
- No1 - above all else
- **A team player**.
