We design and produce multi-wall bags for the Dairy, Cement, Flour and Sugar industries throughout the country and into offshore markets.

We offer:

- Pay increases as you progress through your training.
- Assistant Operator: From $24.59 per hour up to $29.66 per hour
- We pay penal rates for overtime (40 hours+)
- Guaranteed allowances for shift work (5 shifts per week minimum):

- Weekly alternating day/afternoon shift = $20.67 per shift
- Shift workers receive an additional 1-week shift leave per year.
- Service Allowance payable after 6 months, increasing over time.
- Staff benefits: Superannuation (company contribution of 5% if you are eligible), Life Insurance, Disability Income Protection Insurance, Free basic medical cover.
- Free onsite parking
- Full PPE provided & on-going training.
- Assistance in completing Core Manufacturing Level 2 Qualifications through Competenz

The role:

- 40 hours minimum per week
- Work as a team to operate machines to manufacture paper bags from paper.
- Setting up, starting, controlling and stopping machines and plant
- Monitoring machines and plant and adjusting controls to regulate operation and quality of output.
- Flexible and adaptable to provide expert cover where needed.
- Cleaning and performing minor repairs to machines and plant.
- Checking machines and plant to ensure safe operations.
