An exciting opportunity exists for a **Consumer Merchandise Representative** working within the Consumer Division of Dicker Data New Zealand.

The Business Development Manager will also assist you in day-to-day account management functions within some established accounts. You will liaise with Consumer Account Managers, the Dicker Data accounts team, warehouse teams, and retailers to ensure all processes are completed in an efficient and timely manner.

If you have a love for technology and are friendly and customer-focused with a 'can-do' attitude, we can offer you a fun environment to work in that delivers on professional and personal development. **_This role could suit someone with 1-2 years of experience in a CE Retailer space looking to make the next step in their career. _**Alternatively, someone with marketing experience or experience in training or communications.

**General Responsibilities**
- Regular store visits within sales territory with defined call plan and outcomes
- Successfully train store representatives to ensure that key vendor requirements are covered
- Complete regular joint store visits with Vendors and maintain Vendor planograms in-store
- Attendance of Vendor training sessions and sales meetings as required
- Promote and manage sales campaigns in all retail partners
- Effectively communicate competitive information from the shop floor back to key internal contacts

- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
- Initiative and resourcefulness
- Your own reliable transport with a Full New Zealand driver's license
