Corridor Access Officer

We're seeking a skilled Corridor Access Officer to join our Roading team in a role that offers diverse project experience and meaningful impact on our community.
**About the role**:
As Corridor Access Officer, you'll be responsible for managing all activities within our road reserve, including:
- Overseeing infrastructure projects and utilities maintenance
- Coordinating temporary traffic management
- Providing expert advice on roading matters for LIM reports and building consents
- Managing key operational systems
- Collaborating with contractors, utility companies, and council departments
**What You'll Bring**:
- Experience in roading, construction and maintenance, or relevant trade background
- Knowledge of the National Code of Practice for Utility Operators Access to Transport Corridors
- STMS AB NP or P qualification with experience in designing and implementing Traffic Management Plans (or unit standards 31962, 31963 or TTMP qualification)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work effectively with NZTA, Council teams and community groups
