We are looking for a technically minded, customer-focused individual to join our Customer Success team at PowerShield, based in Wairau Park, Auckland. We are a New Zealand tech company operating in the high-growth data centre and critical power sectors globally.

This role is focused on supporting our offshore teams to ensure our customers are achieving the best outcomes. There will be a strong emphasis on technical support as you will be the key link between our Sales and Engineering teams.

We are open to all levels of experience for the role and training will be provided, however a diploma or certificate in electrical or computer administration/networking or similar would be a strong advantage. General IT knowledge and support capabilities will be a definite advantage.

We can work around your lifestyle and schedule - offering flexible hours and hybrid working arrangements. Hours of work could be 24-40 hours per week depending on your needs/requirements. We also offer a competitive salary and plenty of learning and development opportunities.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Providing in-depth technical support (hardware & software) to our global team
- Coordination of material returns and fault analysis reports
- Operation of case management system
- Assisting with the creation and implementation of internal and external training resources
- Preliminary diagnosis and/or repairs of field failures
- Monthly battery asset reporting for customers
- Sharing customer feedback to the Customer Service team

- A high level of rigour and accuracy
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- An inquisitive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to see the big picture

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is collaborative and team-focused, with a willingness to take initiative.

**Entitlement to work in NZ is a must.**
