**The Role**

The Chief Growth Officer will be our driving force in developing and ensuring execution of our go-to market strategy. With a heavy focus on product led growth and cross functional collaboration, you will be guiding the organisation in the full customer journey.

Reporting into our CEO, you will be managing directly Marketing, Product and RevOps, while closely collaborating with Sales and Customer Success, ensuring we are putting our users at the centre of our decisions to enable growth.

This will be an integral position within FileInvite and will be essential in ensuring the smooth delivery of our ambitious business strategy.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Defining and maintaining go-to market strategy for our customers and end users, ensuring product market fit, and go-to-market fit driving growth
- Influencing & aligning departments across the business to deliver on your strategic objectives cross functionally
- Leading a high-performing team, setting clear goals and objectives and holding team members accountable for delivering results
- Working closely with Chief of Staff to manage financial planning and analysis, ensuring revenue and growth targets are met
- Providing board members with an understanding of our activities and correlating performance insights to drive confidence
- Foster a culture of learning, where employees feel safe to challenge the status quo and continue to develop themselves, managers and peers
- Identifying and analysing our key success metrics and goals that will enable us to accelerate growth and success of our business strategy, using the data points to inform decisions
- Leading departmental heads in Product, Marketing and RevOps to own their functional strategy, offering them a healthy balance of guidance and autonomy
- Keeping on top of market trends and competitors to ensure we are positioned relevantly and have the right share of the market
- Researching and developing strategies for sourcing new partnerships and alliances to increase market share.
- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy

**About You**
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital product strategies to achieve commercial outcomes
- In-depth expertise in product market fit and how to build a sticky experience that will generate demand
- A strong sense of what good looks like, able to align and educate others in the best way to deliver our goals effectively
- Ability to make effective, quick and measured decisions with intellect; leveraging analytical strength and instinct equally to make the right decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, influence without authority, and present ideas clearly and compellingly with strong executive presence
