You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build excellent relationships with stakeholders. - Previous experience in a change lead, management or other relevant role - Good knowledge of change management techniques - Demonstrated ability to see the "big picture" and understand the strategic context of programme, projects and change. - Proven decision-making experience and leadership demonstrated in coordinating and integrating change - Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the effective performance of a group - Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, prioritise workload and be adaptable to changing priorities.
