**Your Role**

This is a
** Specialist Pricing **role where you will support the business in achieving its strategic objectives by directing the production of high-quality pricing analyses / recommendations through:

- Key stakeholder management
- Ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of analyses
- Workflow management of Pricing Analysts

You will build close relationships with diverse professionals. You will enjoy the challenge of continuously improving the processes in the business.

**ABOUT YOU **
- You’ll direct the accurate and timely delivery of pricing tasks that produce insightful:

- Statistical Pricing reviews
- Rate reviews or Portfolio analyses
- Solutions to ad-hoc pricing requests
- You’ll lead the production of recommendations to key stakeholders as a result of the above activity.
- You will contribute to the relationship management of key stakeholders across the business.
- You will oversee the workflow within pricing tasks to meet deadlines and priorities as directed by the Lead, Pricing Portfolio.
- Contribute to delivering improvements in methodologies across pricing and data and analytics.
- You’ll support the coaching and development of Senior Pricing Analysts and Pricing Analysts to develop their skills in key areas.
- You have experience in an insurance analytical role and evidence of ability to manage projects and direct people.
- You have in-depth knowledge of pricing in the insurance/ financial services industry.
- You’ll have statistical Modelling proven skills and experience.
- You have working knowledge in data manipulation and computer programming (e.g SAS, Tableau, Python and R).
- You have advanced skills in analysis, statistical modelling and problem solving, verbal and written communication.
- You have a high-intermediate skills in developing and coaching others, strategic thinking, drive for results, customer focus, developing and maintaining relationships, managing challenges.
- Tertiary qualification in an analytical field or related mathematical or scientific fields.
