**What you’ll do**

Working from our Palmerston North depot, we have a great opportunity to provide professional administrative and management support to a range of leaders and staff across our business. You will assist in the development and growth of the shared services model in the Operational business. This role will involve regular regional travel to Wellington, Napier and Taranaki.

You'll be kept busy working on a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Administration, managing travel and supporting training operations
- Monitoring, Updating and Managing various KR systems and ensuring compliance
- Finance support, raising PO’s
- Maintain audit systems of all ACC standards
- Manage documentation associated with ACC compliance
- Reporting
- Zero Harm/Safety compliance

No two days are the same and you will love going to work every day

**What you’ll need**

You'll have an exceptional attitude towards your work and be motivated by taking ownership and being accountable for key functions and processes. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you will draw on your organisational and time management skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- 3- 5 years’ experience in administrative role preferable
- Knowledge and experience of SAP is an advantage
- High level of knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Understanding of finance functions, including invoicing
- Use initiative and take responsibility
- Positive and proactive with a’ Can-do’ attitude
- High Attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Current and valid NZ Drivers Licence
