Cake Passion in Flat Bush currently look for two hardworking and reliable Pastrycooks to join us. Working hours is from 35 to 40 hours per week. Pay rate ranges from $30 to $32 per hour.
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience.
- Can work until 6.30pm; available to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit for heavy liftings or standing for extended periods.
- Have strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual, can work independently as well as in a team.

**Your duties will include**:

- Check the cleanliness of food preparation area and baking equipment.
- Check oven and baking equipment to ensure everything works well.
- Check the quality of raw material, weight and measure ingredients.
- Knead, mature, cut, mould, mix and shape dough.
- Prepare fillings, sauces, cream, icing.
- Monitor oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking time.
- Remove baked goods from oven and cool baked goods.
- Glaze buns and pastries, decorate cakes with cream and icing.
- Perform any other related duties.
