**H & M Patel Limited**, trading as **Jimmy's Fruit Mart**, is a well-established dairy and grocery shop that provides fresh produce and quality goods to the local community. We seek an experienced and motivated **Store Manager** to oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive store performance to new heights:

- Plan, Lead and supervise all daily store operations, ensuring efficient and effective business flow at Jimmy's Fruit Mart.
- Oversee purchasing activities, manage stock levels and perform regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Identify and establish relationships with new suppliers, negotiating favourable terms for pricing, promotions, and supply arrangements to enhance product offerings.
- Design and execute merchandising and promotional strategies that elevate product visibility and drive store sales.
- Set and adjust product prices as needed, planning special offers to maintain profit margins and align with business objectives.
- Introduce new products to expand store offerings and cater to customer preferences, supporting revenue growth.
- Handle recruitment, training, performance management, and, if necessary, employee departures to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Develop and monitor store budgets to meet financial goals and maintain profitability.
- Address customer inquiries professionally, resolve complaints effectively, and manage returns in alignment with store policies.
- Ensure accurate pricing of all products to safeguard gross profits and maintain customer trust.
- Oversee daily banking operations and ensure accurate management of business accounts.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet shared goals and maximise store performance.
- Provide training and skill-building opportunities for staff to maintain high service standards.
- Motivate team members with incentives to foster productivity and a positive workplace environment.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and Jimmy's Fruit Mart standards to maintain a safe shopping experience for all.

Required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week and be paid between $30 to $33 per hour.

**Other important requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or minimum Level 6 qualification in business management
- Available to work in a rostered shift.
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Physically fit to be able to stand for longer hours.
- Leadership skills
- Hardworking individual
- Good at multi-tasking
- People’s person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
