**ABOUT THE ROLE**

In the absence of Department Managers and other members of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for ensuring a consistently fresh and appealing shopping experience for customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Circulating around the shop floor regularly to maintain the store’s overall appearance
- Monitoring staff across all departments to ensure service and productivity levels are maintained
- Assisting customers with queries, returns and managing complaints effectively
- Assisting with store security, ensuring the store is secured after each day’s trading
- Completing end of day procedures and liaising with department managers with any issues
- Following store processes with regard to product recalls and customer complaints.
- Monitoring fuel site price changes

**This is a full time role working 40 hours per week over four days. The roster is **Sunday - Wednesday from 11am - 9.30pm**.
