**Who we are seeking**
You will have:

- Ideally your CA or CPA qualification
- Experience managing a team
- The right to work in New Zealand
- At least 6+ years of experience working in public practice
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Proven business development skills, with a track record of identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
