**About the role | He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga**

This role provides an opportunity for you to put your excellent customer service skills to use. As part of a wider team, you are responsible for contacting new clients and conducting an initial review over the phone. You will also be responsible for booking in any assessments and visits required by a member of the clinical team. This is a fast-paced administrative position involving strong elements of customer service. This is a **Fixed Term Full Time** position - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm until early July 2026 based in our CBD office in **Tāmaki Makaurau.**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Exceeding customer expectations and understanding the needs of the people we support
- Work closely with the clinical team to capture client needs and amend care plans as appropriate
- Providing first-call resolution support for registered nurses
- Accurately entering information into our CMS (we use CareCall) and other systems.

**What you will bring | Ngā tohungatanga mō tēnei tūrang**
- Proven experience in an administration or office-based customer service role
- A passion for the Health sector and making a difference
- Excellent attention to detail is a must, as well as strong organisational and time management skills
- Resilience and ability to work well under pressure
- Healthcare industry experience would be highly advantageous
- Confidence in using technology/computer literacy
- Exceptional communication and rapport building skills over the phone
