**Job Description**

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running and coordination of sites ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality as well as mentoring team members. Key responsibilities include:

  • Experienced operator able to mentor new operators
  • Coordination of team and different site activities
  • Focus on productivity and quality of projects
  • Overseeing health and safety
  • Ensuring environmental compliance

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

The ideal candidate will have:

  • WTR, ideally Class 4
  • Proven people management experience
  • SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE machine operating, diggers, graders, rollers (10,000 hours)
  • Able to connect with people from a wide background
