OneStaff New Plymouth is the leading supplier of temporary and permanent staff to a number of industrial based clients in New Plymouth.
Our client has roots in the timber industry dating back to 1916, their experienced team has a wealth of knowledge in manufacturing building and finishing products from solid and finger jointed timber. With continued business growth we are looking for staff to join their team working across their timber factory.
The roles will see you working within their machine shop, Finger joining, packing, dispatch and laminating.
Some of the tasks will include, but ill not be limited to;
- Industrial cleaning
- Feeding timber in to and out of machinery
- Quality checks (looking for defects and using putty where required)
- Stacking timber
- Wrapping and strapping product
All roles require a high level of strength and fitness, and you will be given full support and training within your role.
**Requirements to work for OneStaff**:
- ID required (one of the following) Passport **OR **NZ Birth Certificate & Driver’s License
- Pass a Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol test
- You must be reliable with transport to make it to work on time each day
- CV, Relevant Certificates or License (i.e. forklift or site safe passport)
