**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other IT devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and networks.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain accurate service records.
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and IT trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Computer Technician with comprehensive technical skills.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must hold a valid New Zealand work permit and be ready to work immediately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
