**Position Overview**: Seeking a talented and experienced Project Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing largescale 3 waters projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of 3 Waters engineering projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor progress against milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that project objectives are met in accordance with client requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and present project status reports, technical documentation, and other project-related materials to stakeholders at all levels.
- Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance project efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the civil construction industry
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, MS Project) is desirable.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
