As part of the Strategy and Capability team in our Toi Hiranga branch, you will contribute to supporting the safety, wellbeing and success of New Zealand communities.
We are looking for a Senior Capability and Training Advisor to develop and deliver an ongoing programme of learning for our Gambling group.
**In this role you will**:
- Design training materials and learning plans for key IT systems, face to face and online delivery.
- Engage with leadership to identify and scope learning needs.
- Champion and influence new and improved business processes within the team.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Experience designing and developing engaging online learning content using Articulate 360 and learning management systems.
- The ability to take technical information and translate it into plain English.
- An excellent understanding of adult learning techniques and practices.
- Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
