As a Performance Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of analysing business processes and creating impactful dashboards that guide continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, using your expertise in SQL, Power BI, and SharePoint to develop technical solutions that enhance our operations.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in our organization’s success by providing actionable insights and ensuring data integrity. You’ll have the opportunity to facilitate workshops, document workflows, and lead the charge in building a culture of operational excellence. **About you**

You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a passion for data-driven decision-making. You excel in extracting and interpreting data, developing insightful dashboards, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Your expertise in SQL, Power BI, and SharePoint is complemented by your strong communication skills, making you a key player in driving continuous improvement across the organization.

- Stakeholder engagement and communication.
