You will be:

- Engaging in commercial conveyancing processes
- Handling commercial leasing matters
- Explore potential opportunities in franchising and commercial acquisitions
- Provide confident and effective legal advice to clients
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis

You'll need:

- Minimum of 2 years PQE, ideally in Property Law
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently
- Proficient in legal research methodologies
- Demonstrated capability to provide expert counsel to clients
- A keen eye for detail and precision in legal documentation
